Judah’s career in the commercial financing industry began as a loan originator in a prominent NJ-based national corporate mortgage brokerage. He was soon recognized as a rising star, steadily climbing the ranks as senior loan officer and then acting director of the company’s MHC division, his own initiative. In July of 2020, Judah created Princeton Capital Group with an emphasis on strengthening his existing client-base and bank relationships. Prioritizing client interests through transparent interaction, quick responsiveness, precise underwriting and well-negotiated bank terms, Judah and the Princeton Capital Group continue to earn the well-deserved trust of investors, lenders, and industry colleagues.

A results-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of commercial real estate property value, he masterfully manages operations at Princeton Capital. In-line with Princeton Capital Group’s mission, he maximizes resources to obtain tailored customer-funding at the most favorable rates while nurturing close relationships with both investors and lenders. Easily reachable and responsibly providing on-going progress updates, Avi partners with Judah in personally overseeing the financing process from start to finish.
